What is your shipping policy? 

  • All orders ship via FedEx 2nd Day at no extra cost. Please note, there are no weekend deliveries. 
  • Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee of $40. Please note, weekend deliveries are not available for expedited shipping. 
  • Orders placed by 2 pm MST on a business day are typically shipped on the same day. We guarantee to ship your order no later than the following business day. 
  • FedEx delivery times are not guaranteed. Learn more about FedEx tracking. 
  • All orders must ship to an address registered under your OSRX account. To verify a new address, please contact your account executive. 

 
What is your return policy? 

Please carefully review your order as we are unable to accept returns. Contact your account executive directly for order-related issues. 
 

Are your medications FDA-approved? 

OSRX compounded medications are not FDA-approved. We compound our medications in an FDA-registered, cGMP compliant outsourcing facility. 
 

How can I track my shipment? 

You can track all shipments on the order history page. If your order is split into multiple shipments, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
