We now compound cyclopentolate 1%/phenylephrine 2.5% and brimonidine 0.2%/dorzolamide 2%. When prescribed in conjunction with an OMNI cataract post-op medication, like pred + gati + brom, cyclo-phen is $15/2ml and brim-dor is $11/2ml.
