What is OSRX?

OSRX is an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility located in Missoula, MT. We are licensed to ship our medications to all 50 states and specialize in compounded ophthalmic preparations. We offer a wide range of ophthalmic formulations designed to meet the unique needs of physicians and their patients, utilizing quality active pharmaceutical ingredients along with advanced technology and equipment to support consistency, quality and reliability.

What concentrations of low-dose atropine do you offer?

OSRX compounds low-dose atropine in three concentrations: 0.01%, 0.025%, and 0.05%. All are supplied in 3.5 mL fill volumes.

Does Atropine+ contain preservatives?

Atropine+ now contains half the amount of preservative** as our previous formulation (0.005% BAK) and includes a lubricating drop for added comfort.

What is the cost of Atropine+?

Contact OSRX for custom pricing. Pricing includes standard shipping and provides approximately one month of therapy when dosed nightly (QHS).

Is refrigeration required for Atropine+?

No. Atropine+ does not require refrigeration.

What is the shelf-life for Atropine+ medications?

We guarantee a minimum 120-day expiration date in-hand for patients or we will replace the medication at no cost.

No, it’s completely free! This portal was custom-created to serve you as a tool in managing your OSRX prescriptions.

How long is a prescription and its refills valid?

Prescriptions and authorized refills are valid for up to one year from the date written, unless the prescriber specifies an earlier expiration date.

Payment, Fulfillment & Shipping

If I have OSRX bill my patients directly, what happens after I submit a prescription?

Once a prescription is submitted, OSRX contacts the patient within one business day to confirm shipping details and collect payment. After payment and address verification are completed, the order is processed and shipped via USPS (3-7 business days). Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

How can my patients pay for their Atropine+ medication?

Online:
Patients may securely submit payment at www.verifymyosrx.com using their order number. No account is required.

By Phone:
Patients may also pay by phone with assistance from our team of certified pharmacy technicians by calling 855-466-1076 during our normal business hours:
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Mountain Time
Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time

Can Atropine+ be shipped to my practice?

Atropine+ prescriptions are shipped directly to patient homes. If you prefer to provide the initial bottle in-office, ask us about bulk ordering options available in 10-packs.

How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

Direct-to-Patient Prescriptions:
Once payment is received and the patient has verified their shipping address, orders are packaged and shipped by the end of the following business day. Shipments are sent via USPS (3–7 business days). Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Enrollment in AutoRefill is recommended to help avoid monthly call-ins and prevent delays in therapy.

Bulk Orders:
For accounts placing bulk orders, orders are processed and packaged by the end of the following business day and shipped directly to your practice via FedEx 2-Day PM. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Refills & Ongoing Therapy

How do my patients request refills?

The refill process begins with the prescription. When you prescribe Atropine+, simply include the number of refills you feel is clinically appropriate.

At the time of payment, patients may opt into AutoRefill, allowing them to receive their low-dose atropine automatically on a monthly basis without interruption. If a patient is out of refills, they may contact your office directly or request that OSRX reach out to your practice on their behalf to obtain refill authorization.

Are your medications eligible for insurance reimbursement?

No, OSRX compounded medications are affordably priced, with predictable out-of-pocket costs.
